At Little Movers, every day kids take part in 2 main movement/creative activities with 2 supporting explorative activities. Activities for Little Movers include dance (multi-dance so a mixture of Latin, Hip Hop K-pop, Ballroom and Jazz), indoor games, yoga, arts and crafts, stories, free play, and sensory activities.

At Move Monkeys camps, there is a bunch of different dance styles in one place for creative expression, acro for strong bodies and some yoga for mindfulness. Move Monkeys also use arts and crafts to keep minds engaged while bodies rest! Dance styles include Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin, and a yoga/stretch class. They don’t leave wonderful SEN kids behind, so there is also Koala Bop Camp for adapted dance, arts and crafts, sensory experiences, and games.
